The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 60: A Shocking Scene

But~

Lin Tian hasn't intended to let them off yet!

You've been so cruel to children and disabled people, so it's only fair to be cruel to you!

Lin Tian kicked each of them in the chest, and the four people in the yard were all rolling on the ground, screaming miserably.

"Big... Big brother, let's talk this out, what have I done to offend you? Just tell me and I'll apologize..." Ah Bao looked up at Lin Tian, his face full of fear.

"Even now, you don't know why I'm here?" Lin Tian picked up a steel pipe from the ground and struck Ah Bao's leg fiercely.

"Ah... It hurts so much!" Ah Bao was hit and felt like his leg was broken, he covered it with both hands and pleaded, "Big brother~ please, stop hitting me, if you keep this up, someone might die!"

"You know someone could die? But how did you treat them?" Lin Tian pointed his steel pipe towards the cage holding the disabled people and children.

While berating them, the steel pipe in his hand kept falling on the four people in the yard.

Right now, it seemed only by beating them to death could Lin Tian relieve his anger.

"Big brother, stop hitting us, we know we were wrong!" The curly-haired young man was barely conscious from the beating, unable to understand why, despite there being four people in the yard, he was the one being hit the most, and the hardest.

"When the little boy begged you just now, how did you treat him?" Unfortunately, the curly-haired young man's words did not stop Lin Tian, who intensified his aggression instead.

He grabbed the young man's wrist and forcefully broke it.

"Ah, big brother…" The curly-haired young man's screams were deafening, he struggled with all his might but couldn't escape Lin Tian's grip.

Lin Tian grabbed his other hand and did the same, breaking it as well, and proceeded to break his legs one by one before stopping.

"When you were so cruel to others, you should have thought about this day for yourself!" Lin Tian looked at the barely conscious curly-haired young man lying on the ground: "All I can do is beat you up, next you'll face legal punishment!"

Without glancing at the four beaten people on the ground, Lin Tian walked over to the little boy, comforting him with a gentle pat on the head as he saw the boy's terrified and confused look: "It's alright now, big brother is here to save you!"

Lin Tian then looked at the other cages and asked aloud: "Who has the keys?"

"I have them, I have them!" Ah Bao, having witnessed Lin Tian's savage beating of the curly-haired young man, was chilled to the bone, terrified that he'd be next in line to be crippled.

Lin Tian walked over to Ah Bao, saw his terrified expression but didn't strike; after a few casual pats, a set of keys appeared in his hand.

"It's you!"

"It's you?"

As Lin Tian and Ah Bao locked eyes, both exclaimed in surprise.

Ah Bao, Bao, this middle-aged man before his eyes was none other than the fool he'd bumped into at the lottery shop.

A troublemaker who doesn't keep his word.

"I didn't expect you'd be up to such dirty deeds!" Lin Tian slowly raised the iron rod in his hand.

"Little brother, it's our second meeting, let's stop the fighting, shall we?" Ah Bao's face was apprehensive.

Had I known, I wouldn't have recognized Lin Tian. This matter combined with what happened last time, I'm afraid I'll get beaten half to death.

"I'll deal with you later!" Lin Tian snorted coldly, completely disregarding Ah Bao.

He unlocked the padlocks on the cages one by one, and the disabled people and children slowly came out, each with an expression as terrified and confused as the little boy.

"Are there only these few of you?" Lin Tian glanced around the yard and asked casually.

Almost all the disabled people and children in the cages were freed, but there's no guarantee there aren't others!

"Over there…" The little boy raised his hand intending to point somewhere, but a fierce glare from Ah Bao scared him into withdrawing his hand immediately, not daring to speak further.

"Speak, go ahead and say it, I'm here today, he won't dare do anything to you." Ah Bao's gaze and the boy's reaction didn't escape Lin Tian's notice, he patted the little boy's head gently and then glared sharply at Ah Bao: "Do you feel you haven't been hit enough?"

Ah Bao dared not meet Lin Tian's eyes, he immediately lowered his gaze and kept silent.

The little boy saw Ah Bao lower his head and his courage increased slightly, pointing to the corner of the yard: "There are a few more people in the basement, they've been locked up because they did something wrong!"

Lin Tian looked in the direction the boy pointed and indeed saw a slightly raised patch on the smooth ground, covered with some wooden boards and piled with various odds and ends. If it weren't for the boy, this well-hidden basement would be really hard to find.

Lin Tian quickly walked over, kicked away the debris on the wooden boards, and lifted them, revealing a pitch-black hole with a locked iron grate over it, beneath which a pair of black eyes gazed up at him with longing.

Without hesitation, Lin Tian unlocked the grate, and as soon as he removed it, two boys cried and crawled out, their freedom rekindling immense excitement even in children.

"Are there only you few in there?" As the basement was too dark, combined with four people lying outside, Lin Tian was worried they'd have other intentions if he entered, so he asked the two boys who just came out of the basement.

"There are two more!" A somewhat braver little boy spoke up.

Lin Tian frowned, knowing he'd have to enter the basement, so he found some ropes in the yard, tied the four people up tightly, and then climbed into the basement.

This basement had obviously been dug manually, apart from some bricks at the entrance, its interior was entirely earthen, and coupled with the absence of sunlight for a long time, it was excessively damp, with a stench of mildew spreading inside—this was definitely not a place fit for human habitation.

Upon entering, Lin Tian had only walked a couple of steps when he saw two figures huddled in the corner of the basement, one of them a child probably around five or six years old, face full of fear, moving deeper into shadow as the faint light hit his face, instinctively avoiding it, shrinking back further...

Having been in darkness for so long, a sudden exposure to sunlight caused an instinctive avoidance, imagining even weak sunlight could have such an effect, it's dreadful how long they've been kept here?

The other figure was lying on the ground, appeared to be a fifteen- or sixteen-year-old but had a body length similar to a five- or six-year-old. Lin Tian understood the reason upon approaching.

This child was completely amputated from below the thighs, lying on a wooden board.

Perhaps due to the long absence of drinking water, a dirty plastic basin was placed before him, into which the child's face was immersed, making bubbling sounds...
