Sea of Qi, also commonly referred to as the Lower Dantian. It is located in the lower abdomen.

Since Lin Tian's injury, the Golden Core had been operating autonomously. It not only helped elevate his strength to a mid-level Martial Artist but also healed many of his wounds.

It wasn't just Lin Tian; everyone's condition, including Mei Ruyan and Xiao Yi, wasn't great.

The least injured was Xiao Yi, who only had a few scratches. Mei Ruyan was shot in the right arm, and the others were severely injured in a car crash, with two of them in a coma.

After dealing with all the enemies, Xiao Yi ran over to where the sniper had been, picked up a pitch-black weapon, but unfortunately, there were only two bullets left.

Having such a powerful weapon in hand gave everyone a bit more reassurance.

Mei Ruyan stayed by Lin Tian's side, looking at his disheveled appearance, feeling an emptiness in her heart.

After about ten minutes, Lin Tian had mostly recovered. At least now, Xiao Yi wasn't a match for him.

His quick recovery was not only thanks to the Golden Core but also directly related to Lin Tian advancing to a mid-level Martial Artist.

Supporting himself with a hand on the tree trunk, Lin Tian pushed himself up.

He looked at the ground strewn with bodies, the pungent smell of blood filling his nostrils, causing him to frown.

Mei Ruyan hurriedly came to his side, pulling out a pack of tissues from her pocket. Her pale, trembling hands wiped the dust off Lin Tian's face.

No matter how much she wiped, Lin Tian's face remained very dark.

Lin Tian shook his head and went to take out his phone to call Wu Yong, only to discover it was broken at some point. Mei Ruyan didn't have Wu Yong's number, so they lost contact.

"Should I send for more brothers over here? We're all injured and should be leaving," Mei Ruyan suggested.

Xiao Yi naturally wouldn't resist Mei Ruyan's words, but he felt unwilling.

Because this journey was too humiliating and painful; they suffered severe injuries only for the lives of a dozen small fry. In Xiao Yi's eyes, their lives weren't worth as much.

While Xiao Yi was feeling down, Lin Tian said, "No, I have to rescue Miss Bai."

Though Lin Tian spoke weakly, the firmness in his tone was irrefutable.

Upon hearing this, Mei Ruyan was enraged and shouted, "No way, aren't you risking your life?"

Lin Tian knew Mei was concerned about him. He smiled and said, "Don't worry, I'm fine. You want to bet that Xiao Yi wouldn't stand a chance against me now."

Mei Ruyan was even more upset: "I said no, and that's final!"

"What about Miss Bai? Every second we delay increases her danger," Lin Tian persuaded.

Mei Ruyan was taken aback, her mouth opening but her words changing as they reached her lips, "But you…"

Lin Tian cut her off directly, saying, "Don't worry, I'm confident."

Mei Ruyan, knowing she couldn't stop him, sighed softly and wiped away the tears at the corner of her eyes.

Seeing Mei Ruyan like this, Lin Tian knew he had convinced her.

"Mei, send reinforcements now. We'll act immediately," Lin Tian declared firmly.

Mei Ruyan looked at him worriedly and said, "But in your current state, how are you going to do this?"

Not only Mei Ruyan but Xiao Yi thought the same. It seemed a miracle that Lin Tian was even alive.

"No worries, I've got this. Besides, doesn't Xiao Yi still have that big weapon?" Lin Tian grinned, trying to appear relaxed.

But with his mouth full of blood and his severely injured state, it was impossible for Mei Ruyan not to worry.

"Alright, let's go. The longer we hesitate, the more dangerous our situation," Lin Tian said.

Realizing there was no point in arguing, Mei Ruyan nodded, feeling a sourness in her heart. This fool is risking his life for Shishi; how could he be so foolish?

"Xiao Yi, lift Lin Tian, let's move," Mei Ruyan instructed.

Xiao Yi nodded; Mei Ruyan's words were orders to him. As a soldier, he knew that obedience to orders was paramount, so he naturally didn't refuse.

Grasping the weapon with one hand and holding Lin Tian with the other, he hoisted him onto his back.

Lin Tian didn't refuse, knowing he needed to conserve energy. On Xiao Yi's back, he could still use Spiritual Qi to further improve his condition.

It was just Xiao Yi, Mei Ruyan, and Lin Tian setting off. The others, severely injured, stayed on standby. They were all hot-blooded men, eager to join, but under the strong opposition from Mei Ruyan and Xiao Yi, they had no choice.

Their current location was still some distance from the villa.

Ordinarily, such a distance was nothing to them, but in their current state, their progress was slow.

The wind around them grew stronger, clouds gathered, blocking the sun. With a blinding bolt of lightning, thunder roared across the sky.

Large raindrops began to fall, slanting down onto Lin Tian's back. The rain soaked into his bright red wounds, washing out the blood and leaving a trail of startling red.

The rain came just in time; a fire along the roadside was spreading rapidly and nearing the mountain. The rain snuffed it out.

What seemed a distant journey was soon covered within a few steps.

Lin Tian lay on Xiao Yi's back, racing against time to heal, his complexion slightly rosier than before.

Among them, Xiao Yi bore the brunt, but for him, it was just additional weight.

Standing a little distance from the villa, Lin Tian activated his x-ray vision.

The villa had four floors in total, covering a large area with a well-maintained garden.

In the first floor of the villa, there were four people.

Each looked somewhat sinister, reminding Lin Tian of those from the Zhuge Clan.

Their outfits, short sleeved attire, indicated they were people from Sakula Country.

Lin Tian was puzzled; why had the Sakula Country people captured Bai Shishi? Could it be that they had a hand in the Bai Family's current predicament?
