In the private room, not only Sun Hongkai, but even Li and Meng Nan were dumbfounded.

Lin Tian looked so thin and weak, how could he be so fierce in a fight? Those lying on the ground were either unconscious or had their hands twisted off.

As for Li and Meng Nan, they didn't even have a chance to strike before Lin Tian swiftly took care of those people.

Lin Tian walked toward Sun Hongkai, looking at him with a menacing gaze, as if he could pounce and tear him apart any moment.

"You... what do you want?" Sun Hongkai started to feel afraid, sitting on the soft leather sofa but feeling uneasy as if on pins and needles. He stood up, trying to flee, but Lin Tian was faster and blocked him directly.

Sun Hongkai trembled, saying, "Kid, I advise you not to mess with me. This entire hotel is my dad's territory. If you touch me, you won't get out of here!"

Sun Hongkai's words lacked confidence, especially since he had already threatened once, yet the opponent didn't give him any face.

"Then ask your dad to come and save you. Until he arrives, you'd better behave, or I might just use you as a punching bag out of displeasure."

After saying this, Lin Tian's mouth curled into a creepy smile, frightening Sun Hongkai, making him shiver and sitting back on the sofa.

"Just you wait, I'll call my dad now, and no one will be there to pick up your pieces." After saying this, he took out his phone, but before he could dial, a few people rushed into the room.

Lin Tian glanced up and saw that the waiter had brought in his manager, perhaps alerted by the noise of the fight, with four well-built security guards behind him.

"W-what on earth is going on here?" Seeing the scene in the private room, the manager shrieked, though his voice was harsh like a duck's, unpleasantly grating.

Seeing the manager, Sun Hongkai looked like he had seen a savior. He didn't even bother calling and ran over, using a superior tone to say, "Liu, explain to me why my private room was rented to others? And look at his shabby appearance, he probably can't even afford the meal, right? How could you allow him into the restaurant?"

"Bullying the weak under someone's protection," Meng Nan muttered under his breath.

"Kid, are you looking to die?" Perhaps with his people here, Sun Hongkai regained some arrogance, but after meeting Lin Tian's gaze, he involuntarily took a step back.

The manager immediately offered a smiling apology: "Sorry, Mr. Sun. We didn't know you would come today. This room was booked by Wang Sicong, and his family also holds shares, so we couldn't refuse his booking."

Sun Hongkai asked, "Does Wang Sicong's family have more shares than mine?"

The manager forced a smile: "His family has 40% of the shares, so it's hard for us to handle."

At this moment, a security guard behind the manager approached, whispering into Sun Hongkai's ear: "Mr. Sun, I know that kid. I was beaten by him when I was with Brother Wolf. He's a tough one. I heard Mei Ruyan is his girlfriend, and Bai Shishi has some uncertain relationship with him too."

After speaking, the guard stepped back, hiding behind the other three guards, afraid Lin Tian might recognize him and deliver another beating.

Sun Hongkai and the manager were startled. What does Bai Shishi and Mei Ruyan signify?

If this guy really is their boyfriend, even tearing down this restaurant might not cause any trouble.

Sun Hongkai began to resent: "Lin Tian, you bastard, with such a big background and that capable in fighting, why can't you dress in designer brands to warn people you're not to be trifled with? What's the point of playing disguised weakness?"

Lin Tian didn't know what they were discussing, but felt their suspicious behavior surely meant no good.

Now that Sun Hongkai understood these people were untouchable, how could he dare to be cocky? He quickly had the four security guards drag out those on the ground. Then he walked up to Lin Tian, bowing at a ninety-degree angle.

Li and Meng Nan were dumbfounded by the sudden change. Wasn't this guy's change too fast?

Lin Tian also couldn't understand what this idiot was up to, what kind of trick he was playing?

Bending over, Sun Hongkai didn't dare to rise, humbly saying, "Mr. Lin, I'm sorry, I failed to recognize Mount Tai. To make amends, tonight's dinner is on me."

Though Lin Tian didn't know why Sun Hongkai's attitude changed drastically, since the guy admitted his mistake, there was no need to make it too hard for him.

Lin Tian walked to Meng Nan, taking the bottle of red wine from his hand. Since the fight just now, Nan didn't even touch the opponent's clothing, so the bottle of red wine was intact.

Sun Hongkai saw Lin Tian walking towards him with the wine bottle and thought he was going to smash it on his head, scaring him into wanting to run, but considering the other party's background, he could only shiver in place.

Standing before Sun Hongkai, Lin Tian held the bottle in one hand and pinched the cork in the other before him.

A "pop" sounded as the cork was pulled out by Lin Tian's bare hand.

Sun Hongkai's face turned pale with fear. How strong was this guy?

Lin Tian sneered, handing the wine back to Sun Hongkai, saying, "Chug this bottle and you can leave."

Sun Hongkai shivered as he took the bottle, not expecting the condition to be so simple: chugging a bottle of wine would only make him drunk, and sleeping it off would be fine.

Without thinking, Sun Hongkai poured the wine into his mouth.

But after one sip, he couldn't help spitting it out. Drinking it down felt like a razorblade scraping his throat, unbearable pain forced him to spit it out.

"Did I allow you to spit it out?" Lin Tian's cold voice sounded next to Sun Hongkai's ear, scaring him into pouring more wine down his throat.

But each time he swallowed a sip, he couldn't help but cough; the intense pain made him tremble uncontrollably.

Sun Hongkai couldn't tell how long it took him to struggle through that bottle of wine, but after finishing it, he was drenched in sweat, collapsing on the floor as if exhausted by a fierce battle. Giving Lin Tian one final look of terror, he screamed and scrambled out of the room.

Lin Tian smirked inside. He had just infused Spiritual Qi into that bottle of wine, making it anything but easy to drink.

Although Spiritual Qi wouldn't harm Sun Hongkai's body, it would wreak havoc for a second or two inside him, a feeling more intense than beating him.

This shadow would last Sun Hongkai a lifetime; whenever he saw Lin Tian, he'd probably steer clear.

Lin Tian was quite surprised Sun Hongkai managed to finish the wine, as it showed his mastery over Spiritual Qi was improving, just at the edge of what Sun Hongkai could endure.
