[You have... canonized a Reader Godspawn book... you shall be rewarded with 64 sync.]
Codex Class — [Reader]
> Sync Rate: 73%
To gain so much sync from just one book... he had never heard a Reader achive anything like this. But then again, he was one of the only people to kill a Breaker, more over as a reader.
How the Codex rewarded sync was qutie complicated, from what he learned from his teacher, it went like this.
From a reader book, you gained two sync, and it went up by one for each class. That number was multiplied by the knowledge, for him, it was godspawn, the eight rank, and so, it was multiplied to sixteen.
...
But this is where thing get hard, since, the Codex multiples that number again by how much you changed the ending of a book. There are four ranks you can get.
Altered, for those who have changed the ending to the littlest of changes, it doesnt have an mutiplier, but it still gets you out of the book.
Rewritten, the most common out of all, for those who have changed the ending of a book, but only for it to be noticable. It doubles the sync.
Authored, for those who have not only changed the ending of the original world, but have also went against it, it triples the sync.
Canonized... for those who went in the excapt opposite direction to the original story, who apposed it with all their might. For someone to get this, they not only have to have their ending far away from the original, but might as well, be opposite of it. It multiples the sync by four.
...
These are the ranks and their multipliers... at least for a reader, since everytime you rise in class, they get weaker, that way, you cant just conquer one book and ascend already.
The Codex noted your biggest changes at the end, which also helps you create the original ending of the book, vagly, yes, but you can stil do it.
For him, in the original ending, the Queen and her Knights lived for whatever reason, but at the same time, the sun hadnt been created, so then what happened in the original ending.
He knew that he didnt find Voidpiercer... but what was the Wonderland?
His teacher had never said anything about it, and how had it merged with reality... was that what the Queen meant by saying he was doming the world.
Frozen Crown was an absolute mystery, even now that he learned everything he could, he felt like he knew nothing, like everything was hidden from him.
Whatever the Wonderland was... it wasnt important at the moment, since, in the little time before he went home, he wanted to check something...

His gaze turned serios as he looked at his affinity. There it was, back again like nothing had happen. Alongside his cursed thresholds and path. Well, at least it mental fortitude reseted, it woudnt have been good if it didnt.
There was also the fact that he still had the ability he gaine from Frozen Crown, and yet he didnt have any of the cards anymore. Voidpiercer was still here, but he already knew this because he could see his mark of course.
...
But there was a new one, if he had to guess, it was the relic he gained from killing the The queen.
Without wasting a second, he summoned the relic.
A single dangling earring, delicate gold filigree shaped like a very small open teardrop, set with an even smaller, matte-black onyx bead that seems to drink light from everything around him, even himself.
Alongside the metalwork are tiny carved sigils that look like hourglass teeth.
'An earring... well it was in the name, but still, i dont really like wearing them. I mean, if its good, il make an exception.'
[The Waning Tear]-Others saw you like an outcast, always coming togheter and putting the blame on you, guilty or not. Created by the Queen of Frozen Crown, it hold the tears of her past.

"Harbinger?... I mean, i love wearing earrings."
To think he would get a hand on a relic like this, and for it to be a charm... they are worth a fortune, he was rich!
For a Reader to get ahold of something of this class on his own, was unheard of from what he knew.
'Im quite a special Reader if i say so myself.'
He had dont many thing as a Reader that were unheard of, and will probably continue to be that way.
He wondered what he was going to do as something like a Harbinger, fight a God? Mutiple Gods?
Who knew! But he was excited.
'Now to the abilities...'
Abilities-[Whisper of Waning],[Seed of Broken Oath]
A relic of the echo rank, so it had two abilites. Which comapared to Voidpercer was very little, but its abilites were supposed to be much stronger.
[Whisper of Waning]- The voices had gotten to loud, if no one belived her word, then so be it, all trust shall weaver near her, that way they can't come togheter and blame her. This abilities makes it so people who spend time around you atuomaticly begin to misremember small kindnesses, exaggerate slights, and interpret ambiguous acts as betrayals. Chaos shall take over.
"To weave trust, and to have the ability to break it. But what are its limitation?"
With an ability like this, you have to consider the littlest things, like the radius and how much time you had to spend inside it. Everything mattered, even how many could be inside before it stopped working, but since it was a Harbinger class he expected a lot.
[Seed of Broken Oath]- To make an oath of bring Chaos upon the world, to break others togheter with their connection they have built. That is the cost. This ability allows the to select a certain number of people in view, and impliment a vivid memory-fragment of betrayal, a false but emotionally convicing scene of lies, gossip, backstabing, at the hand of the wearer.
...
"Holy..."
If he was correct, then was this what the Queen used to get all its people in such conditon, so no one trusted each other? If so, then this relic... was a lot more powerfull than he thought.
He moved it around in his falm, feeling it, before putting it in his ear. He didnt have a hole, so he had to pierce one, which had hurt, but comapared to what he felt, it was bearable.
'I think being stabbed by a sword or being dragged against a wall hurt more.'
Speaking of it, the wound of his face had never healed completly, so now he had a mark. Which, didnt matter that much since he was going to have his hood for most of the time, but he had to find a way to get rid of it someday.
...
'It seems like times up.'
The world around his began to crumble into the air, as he found himself in a very familer place.
"The Infinite Library."
Frozen Crown had already dissapeared, yet it was replaced by another book, even if had just been cleared.
Aether looked around, a wave of familiearity washing over him.
He had lived inside Frozen Crown for a long time... he was home, if you could call it a home.
Taking a deep breath, he dissapeared from the Infinite Library, going back to the real world.
...
Opening his eyes again, he found himself just where he was last at, the old library where he and his master used to live. Yet now, he was the only one actually living inside.
It was pitch darkness, which, made him feel at home.
Not that he had his affinity again, the shadow welcomed him again. Which made it so it was harder for people to see him in the shadows.
...
But as he was reminiscent about the past, he felt a sharp pain inside his chest.
He had forgotten about his marks.
