After solving the Black Sigil, stability soon returned to the Planar Chaos Region.
Without the constant threat of attacks from the dark, the Overseers became more proactive, leading everyone to strike back against the dark beasts.
Employing every method and strategy, their efficiency multiplied to the point that the number of dark beasts attacking the barrier began to decrease.
Although it was still far from enough to completely repel the dark beast tide, it was sufficient enough to earn them a massive amount of myriad energy.
With this massive influx of energy, their investments expanded further, even reaching those without much talent.
Casting their net wide, more and more new Archons began to emerge, strengthening their forces.

Soon, as tens of millions of years passed, with everything growing exponentially, the beings of the Planar Chaos Region gradually forgot the danger they once felt.
At this time, the Amalgamation of Will began to influence a quarter of the region, causing a great revolution.
Entering a new generation, an era of rulership began to spread across the land.
Seeking the blessing of the neutral will, everyone aimed to gather belief from others, forming a new tide of ambition.
From the smallest empires to the rulers of countless realms and planes, the more territories they controlled and the more believers they gained, the stronger and faster their progress became.
Evident in this was that most Archons who advanced over the past millions of years were rulers, furthering the popularity of the Amalgamation of Will.
Unfortunately, not everyone had the strength to rule, and thus, another path appeared: stardom.
Selling their beauty, skill, and talent, many showcased their abilities to draw admiration and attention.
Though not as stable as rulership, this path was far more explosive.
Even a one-shot wonder, if they could attract the attention of multiple planes for just a few days, could advance by one or two levels.
The power of the neutral will prove too effective, driving everyone into a frenzy to win over others.
Planning to nurture their own believers, the birth rate in the Planar Chaos Region even began to skyrocket.
Seeing such results, not just the Overseers but even Maximus was a little shocked.
"This Amalgamation of Will is really powerful! How did you discover it?" Luxion asked, looking at Maximus with envy.
Although he didn't fully understand the ability of the Amalgamation of Will, he knew Maximus was the one who benefited the most from it.
Since it could revolutionize the entire Planar Chaos Region, he could only imagine what it could do for Maximus himself.
"I was just lucky, I stumbled upon it. It seems to be a new energy, on the same tier as Chaos and Dark energy: the energy of Will," Maximus explained with a smile.
The booming popularity of the Amalgamation of Will truly benefited him in every way.
While others could only obtain a portion of its power, the Neutral Will, he could access two more: the Noble Will and the Nefarious Will.
Seeing the amount of Noble Will he had accumulated, Maximus was even tempted to create something from it.
Fortunately, with greater plans in mind, he restrained himself.
As for the Nefarious Will, drawn from the darkest desires of beings, he had amassed a staggering amount, to the point where he didn't even know what to do with it.
Although he could use it to destroy dark beasts, he didn't think he needed to.
With the current efficiency of the Archons and Overlords fighting on the frontlines, it was more than enough.
Maximus could only reserve it, saving it for the most dangerous situations or opponents.
Meanwhile, upon hearing that the Amalgamation of Will was on the same level as Chaos and Dark energy, everyone's envy deepened.
"Do you think there are other energies on the same tier as the three?" asked Eryos, the Archon of Creation, with interest.
"Maybe. The world is vast, who knows what's still hidden within it?" Maximus replied, uncertain.
Stumbling upon the power of Will could be called either luck or fate itself that the True Path managed to hook for him.
"Enough of that, what about the plan to connect every being in the Planar Chaos Region? Have you already thought of a plan?" Tiara asked Maximus.
Although the Amalgamation of Will was rapidly growing, they still wanted to accelerate and widen its influence.
As a result, Maximus proposed a plan to create a Virtual World of Chaos, an alternate dimension that everyone could connect to.
Upon hearing this, most of the Overseers showed great interest.
Having already applied virtual worlds in their own planes in some form, they were well aware of such power.
Unfortunately, to include every being in the Planar Chaos Region, they believed it would require power far beyond the Archon Realm.
If not for Maximus's confidence in finding a solution, they would have long shelved the idea.
Eager to hear how he intended to solve it, they all turned to him.
"To create a virtual world capable of including the entire Planar Chaos Region is naturally impossible," Maximus said, "but if we divide it like this…"
Showing them his plan, Nash began to weave a net, turning each plane into an independent server, further dividing it into multiple layers, and then finally merging them together to form a modular virtual network.
Although not as seamless or pervasive, with proper maintenance, it would be enough for all beings to connect.
"This… isn't this method too troublesome and expensive?"
Just the cost of maintenance alone, the sheer amount of myriad energy required, made many frown.
Each server would also need to be operated by an Archon, an impossible demand.
Up to now, there were only a few thousand Archons. To create servers spanning millions of planes, it was far beyond reach.
"Don't worry about the expense, as for manpower, we can use the power of Will as a relay…" Maximus said calmly, explaining his thoughts.
"I see—truly ingenious!"
"It seems connecting every being is actually possible!"
"Haha, every problem has endless solutions. We just need to find them." Maximus smiled.
Once the Virtual World of Chaos was set, he could only imagine the revolution it would bring to the Amalgamation of Will.
