Forced to Marry a Female Billionaire CEO

Chapter 308: Kick Explode

His sole responsibility was to bring people in; someone else would handle the rest.

"Young Master, we shouldn't delay any longer. Let's go," Uncle Qiu said, climbing out of a crate in the cargo truck.

"Alright." Ye Fan took a deep breath and nodded, a cold smile curling his lips. "I never expected Xu Ke to actually catch Zhao Chengyang and find evidence. He got damn lucky."

"But they never expected that we had already planted a mole in the Dapeng Trading Company."

The Ye Family's swift reaction wasn't entirely thanks to Peng Hetong; otherwise, the Huang Family would have surely reacted just as quickly. Ye Fan managed to escape because Ye Yunfeng had made preparations long ago.

"Indeed. The old master is truly far-sighted," Uncle Qiu sighed with emotion. He then pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to Xiao Deng. "Sorry for the trouble this time, Xiao Deng."

"No worries," Xiao Deng chuckled. "It's what I should do."

Ye Fan added from the side, "Please thank Uncle Lu for me."

If it weren't for Wang Tianlu, they wouldn't have been able to enter the Wang Family's territory so smoothly.

It's said that the most dangerous place is the safest place. Xu Ke and his crew would never imagine our first move would be to escape Tianhai from right under their noses, would they?

"I'll pass on the message. Go on, get on the boat," Xiao Deng said, pointing to the vessel he had prepared.

"Alright!" Ye Fan nodded. He then turned and boarded the ship with Uncle Qiu.

VMM...

The ship's engine slowly rumbled to life, parting the waves on the water's surface.

"We can finally leave now," Uncle Qiu breathed, letting out a massive sigh of relief.

He had to admit, Yuan Shang's actions had given him quite a scare. He had no desire to be captured by the Martial Alliance in his old age. Then, Uncle Qiu looked at Ye Fan. "First Master Ye, are you alright?"

He was worried that Ye Fan couldn't handle the blow to his pride after such a disgraceful escape from Tianhai.

But to his surprise, not only was Ye Fan fine, his eyes were gleaming with triumph. "Of course I'm fine."

"Seeing Xu Ke looking as miserable as a dog before I left was so satisfying," he gloated. "Tsk, tsk, just thinking about him kneeling on the ground like a stray makes me feel so good."

"And imagine, just when he thinks he's finally found evidence to arrest me, I'm already long gone..."

"Imagine how infuriated he'll be! Hahaha!" Ye Fan roared with laughter.

At the thought of this scene, a sinister smile also appeared on Uncle Qiu's face. He was very satisfied. He was itching to kill Xu Ke, the man who had brought him such great humiliation. Being forced to flee his homeland at his age... it was all because of that insolent lowlife, Xu Ke.

After the laughter died down, Ye Fan stared at the receding harbor with a dark, menacing gaze. "I'm leaving Tianhai this time, but when I return, I will make Xu Ke and the Wang Family pay in blood."

He swore that next time, he would make Xu Ke grovel on the ground and beg him for mercy.

After Ye Fan finished speaking, the cabin fell silent.

But just then.

A quiet voice suddenly echoed through the silence. "First Master Ye, running away in such a hurry? Aren't you embarrassed?"

Ye Fan's body instantly went rigid.

He whipped his head around, his gaze locking onto a corner of the room.

There, Xu Ke was sitting as if he had been there all along, watching him quietly.

"How are you here?!" Ye Fan's pupils shrank.

Uncle Qiu's face drained of all color. When the hell did Xu Ke get on this boat?

"I've been here from the start. Didn't you think to check?" Xu Ke said with a chuckle, his eyes holding a look of condescension, like a cat toying with a mouse.

"You..." Ye Fan's pupils constricted. "You knew the Wang Family had a traitor from the very beginning?"

Xu Ke smiled. "Oh, Wang Tianlu? I wouldn't call him *our* traitor. He was never on our side to begin with."

After the initial shock, Ye Fan slowly composed himself. "Oh? And what do you plan to do now? I recall you were severely injured yesterday. And you dare to come here alone? Are you planning to arrest us?"

Ye Fan scanned the area but saw no sign of Wang Wu.

Xu Ke laughed. "That's right, I'm here to arrest you. Am I not enough on my own?"

Ye Fan and Uncle Qiu exchanged a look before bursting into laughter.

Uncle Qiu's tone dripped with undisguised contempt. "You? Just you? Who do you think you are?"

Xu Ke already used that technique to overdraw his potential yesterday and was severely injured. His current healthy appearance must be an act.

"Uncle Qiu, this is hilarious! I thought this piece of trash would have learned his lesson after yesterday and at least brought a bodyguard," Ye Fan jeered.

"I can't believe that even now, he's still trying to act tough."

"Tsk, tsk, he's a lost cause."

Ye Fan stared mockingly at Xu Ke. Xu Ke thinks he can capture the two of us by himself? In his dreams!

"It seems that not only will we successfully escape Tianhai, but we can also bring him along and hand him over to Wong Ting," Uncle Qiu said, thoroughly pleased. Isn't this what they call walking right into a trap?

"Exactly!" Ye Fan laughed heartily.

WHOOSH.

A flying dagger shot out from Xu Ke's hand with the speed of a lightning bolt.

The sound of it slicing through the air split the cabin's silence, pinning Ye Fan's hand to the wall before either of them could react.

"AHHH!!!"

The vicious force of the dagger pierced skin and bone. The mocking smile on Ye Fan's face froze, replaced by a bloodcurdling, agonizing scream.

"Xu Ke, you son of a bitch! You're going to die a terrible death!" Ye Fan roared furiously. The pain made his body convulse violently, and he began to gasp uncontrollably.

Excruciating pain. Since becoming the young master of the Ye Family, he had never suffered such a grievous injury.

"You dare lay a hand on Young Master Fan?!" Uncle Qiu bellowed, reaching out to pull the dagger free.

But Xu Ke just sneered. "There's one for you, too."

WHOOSH...

Another flying dagger flew through the air.

CLANG.

Uncle Qiu snatched a piece of metal from the cabin and deflected Xu Ke's dagger, which clattered to the floor.

Uncle Qiu was about to lunge, but Xu Ke was faster, pouncing forward like a ferocious tiger and driving a fist straight into Uncle Qiu's face.

"Ah—" Uncle Qiu cried out as Xu Ke, with silver needles held between his fingers, jabbed them all over his face.

He instinctively tried to fight back, but for some reason, a wave of weakness suddenly radiated from his abdomen. He couldn't summon his True Qi!

He was horrified. Poisoned? When did that happen?!

BANG.

Taking advantage of Uncle Qiu's shock, Xu Ke mercilessly kicked him aside. His lean body flew two or three meters before hitting the ground.

THUD!!

Uncle Qiu landed in a heap, like a broken rag doll.

Seeing Uncle Qiu, an Innate Initial Stage cultivator, defeated in an instant with such shocking brutality, Ye Fan's mind went blank.

A severely injured Xu Ke... instantly defeating Uncle Qiu? How is that possible? Even if Xu Ke wasn't injured, how could his cultivation level be high enough to take down Uncle Qiu in an instant? This defies all logic!

Xu Ke walked over to Ye Fan and said coolly, "What are you spacing out for?"

Ye Fan snapped back to his senses. Seeing Xu Ke standing right in front of him, his eyes flashed with panic, and he bellowed, "What the hell do you want?"

But Xu Ke didn't answer. He simply delivered another kick, this one straight to his stomach.

A kick infused with True Qi.

BANG.

The impact was brutally loud, like a watermelon splitting apart.

Ye Fan's Dantian was shattered by the kick!

"AHH!!"

Ye Fan coughed up a mouthful of blood, and more blood began to seep from his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
