"Mom.. " Evelynn finally uttered with her head buried in her mom's big bosoms. "I can't breathe!~ "

"Oh! My dear!~ " Her mom immediately released her daughter from the tight hug! Her deep crimson-blood eyes wide with worry, scanning her daughter.

"My daughter please forgive me!~ " She apologized with a guilty expression.

"Mama was so happy on suddenly feeling your presence in the mansion! That I totally forgot about everything and immediately teleported beside you and hugged you so tight."

She explained! Her smooth hands grasping her daughter's shoulders! The concern in her melodious voice was as plain as day.

"You aren't hurt, are you? Even though I know that mama can't hurt her strong daughter but still, you can breathe properly! Correct!~ "

"I can! Mom." Evelynn could not help but chuckle inwardly at her mom's pointlessly worried expression.

"You don't have to worry! Mom. You're daughter isn't a flower anymore. She is strong! Now."

"I know! ~ " She smiled.

"What brings you home! So suddenly, Eve."

Another voice echoed in the large hall however this time it wasn't a melodious one instead the voice was deep and authoritative still the affection in the masculine voice was also plain to hear.

"Master. Here!~ " The moment Emma sensed the presence of her master! The Patriarch of The Nightingale Family! She immediately appeared beside him.

Besides within a mere fraction of a second there appeared a classical wine glass in her pale hand with the exquisite blood wine already served within it and just from the strong aromatic fragrance alone! One could tell that the plain looking wine- Actually contained immense vitality in every drop of it.

"Thanks! Emma." The Patriarch smiled in appreciation while the maid without showing any expression immediately moved behind him with dignified strides still the small curl of her crimson lips gave her away.

Nevertheless the patriarch simply shook his head inwardly! Even though this maid of his liked to tease his daughter so much but she was so stoic and serious whenever it came to serving him. 'Looks like.. I've to give her some discipline tonight.'

Thinking such! He once more shifted his attention towards his beautiful wife — Clara and his adorable daughter — Evelynn.

Who had already become a Divine and had already surpassed him in terms of strength even forming a contract with the revered world spirit despite being so young! Making him full of pride as he observed both his daughter and his wife.

Than his crimson gaze matched with his wives adoring twin crimson-blood gems forcing his heart to shudder.

Her otherworldly beauty highlighted by her matching grown giving her an exquisite and majestic appearance like the goddess of crimson moon.

Nonetheless Clara's pale cheeks could not help but flush a deep red at the intensity of her husband! Michael's gaze as she lower her head in shyness.

Though if her daughter wasn't here than she would've immediately jumped on her husband without any shame and might have even invited Emma to join her.

However as a good and dignified mother she had to control herself from doing something like that since how could she do such degenerate things before her lovely daughter as a good mother.

"Father!~ "

"Uh." At the sweet and smooth voice! Michael immediately snapped out of his dizzy state and finally remembered his daughters presence in the large hall becoming a little embarrassed.

Regardless it didn't take him long to compose himself! Afterwards Michael straight away gulped the wine in his hand and handed thw wine glass to Emma then he shifted his attention towards his daughter! He cleared his throat.

"Eve.. " Michael began and on observing that he had Evelynn's undivided attention! He continued..

"I know it must be something very important for you to actually leave.. Um.. The Progenitor's side and come here at this time- " He said, watching the hand-watch on his hand then returning his attention towards her. "-Mn.. 4:00 Am- "

"Michael.. "

Clara's disapproving voice echoed from the side intrupting him mid-sentence. Having also composed herself.

"Is this really the first thing that came to your mind! That you should be asking your daughter about?"

"Instead of asking how Evelynn is doing or how she is been all this time without mama or papa or anything about herself? However you're asking about work?"

"Mn." Michael blinked not expecting his wife to lash at him out of the blue. Even Evelynn couldn't help but blush at her mom's words.

Alright Michael understood that Clara adored and loved her daughter to death! Even so wasn't she being a bit too much.

Considering this so-called papa or mama's girl was the strongest existence within all of Elytheria! Like hell she would need help for anything.

However in the end Michael couldn't help but sigh inwardly. 'I guess her maternal instincts must be overflowing currently since it's indeed been a really long time since Evelynn last came home to visit her! No!? Now that I remember it.. Evelynn not wanting to be the cause or the part of this family drama immediately intervened. "Mom.. "

"Mnn. Yes! My Dear! ~ " Clara after giving her husband a final glare instantly turned towards her daughter with a smile.

Making Michael cry inwardly at his wives antics. Still! He simply shook his head and also focused his attention on his daughter. Also curious to learn more about her sudden visit.

"Father is correct! Mom!~ " She said. "Something major did happen and that is why I'm here.. " However on looking at her mom's deflating expression she quickly added.

"And I also missed you so much mom.. um.. that is actually the main reason why I'm here.. to meet you! Mom!~ " She smiled while palpitating inwardly.

Michael laughed at his daughter's cover up statement. 'I wonder where she learned that.. but I guess even the strongest woman in the world has someone who can make her heart palpate! Such is the fear of mom's! I suppose.'

"Oh! You're such a sweet daughter! Mama also missed you. My baby!~ " Clara swooned as she instantaneously hugged her daughter.

"So what exactly happened? Eve."

"Grrr.. "

Michael gulped. 'What did I do now?'

Meanwhile Evelynn not minding her mom's clingy actions or the deathly glare she was sending at her innocent father.

That didn't look like The feared and awed Vampire King from any point of view! Finally started explaining everything from the start.
