Imma answer a lot of questions and my perspective as the author during the writing process. Put them down below and Ill update this page consistently as I get them down below. Of course, I wont get into spoilers cause you know...

1 - What's your favorite cultivator story on RR?

2 - Is this a rewrite? I think I remember the original.

Yes! I had to stop writing for a few years due to health concerns. I came back in January of this year with Age of Demina and Sterkhander.

3 - Loved this story when it first came out, glad to see its back.

4 - Have you planned out the whole story?

O_O What that?

Seriously though, I lean heavily as a pantsyer. I tried outlining for Sterkhander and it has not gone well with pacing issues. I'm very verbose and make a lot of things happen in a short time span. Outlining turns me into a very episodic story teller every chapter skipping very important scenes to get to points on the map.

Ex. James has been on this cultivation world for roughly 6 hrs so far. From arriving, to meeting Shui, the flying cultivator (The Dong!), seeing Jun and her outburst, and finally to eating rice again. So much to pack in (And thats with being very barebones in the island isolation part and skipping anything around what happens during his 60 year hiatus.) Its been 30k words. I feel like ive rushed it too.

5 - When will the mc realize his power?

He will gradually figure it out. As stated before, its only been 6 hrs since his arrival. Does he throw away roughly 200,000,000 years of experimentation, testing, trying out everything under the sun, and then the tree hes been rivaling in less that a a third of a single day? When he spent roughly 73,000,000,000 days in isolation trying to figure something out without success.

It takes gradual realizing his powers and development.

6 - How long was he on the island for? I feel like there's been references of it being tens of thousands of years, hundreds of thousands, and even millions of years. Also will he ever go back to the island?

Roughly 203,911,076 years. He has no clue how long he was there with time fading in isolation. But as the author, I have the detailed number. O_O

Probably not. Would be a traumatizing event for him to go back to the prison he just escaped from.

7- What's up with him not seeing his dragons ? I would have thought that you need to be a cultivator or some common perception technique. However such thing would have been granted by the system long ago.

He gets rewards for things he has done. Based on what they are. If he hasn't done any perception based exercises, then he doesnt get perception based rewards.

Blocked by system, if it had unlocked, his perception would have unlocked to since it directly connects his mind, spirit, core, and body as one. He has to learn specific techniques/lineages to talk to weapon spirits directly unless they are stronger than him enough that they can manifest in his mind space. Also known as the mental palace.

Its why Hu Shui can see them (Lineage from mother give her an inner eye to see things beyond her realm). And The Dong can see if cause he is high enough level to have developed the rudiments of a Mental Palace. Only getting a whiff of their possible strength and how he sees them.

Zhong An is a level above them and had a more clear idea of what the dragons were. The leves above him would shit themselves even worse when they find out its not a world ending catastrophe, but a universe ending catastrophe.

James is too strong. Far stronger than the dragons hence they arent capable of showing themselves to him unless he desires it. Since he assumes that they dont even exist, they cant forcefully show up in his existing mental palace. Nothing can. They'd die trying.

8 - Do you have an ending planned, despite you being "pantsy"?

Nope. im currently at 60k words on this arc with so much still left to get to before he moves on to the next plan I have set up. General ideas and things I want to explore cause its fun to me to read and write. This is a long term project. Everything I want to explore in this genre!

9 - Will he get a status screen eventually?

Its game over when he does. He unlocks all his locked abilities and knows exactly how powerful he really is in relation to the world. Being level 81,961 tends to make you question if a level like that can even exist. All his perception abilities and everything else he has locked away by the bugged system.

10 - What was the whole name thing? What's the general geography of this world? Will we be going beyond this world? If we're never going back, what was that island, some abandoned pet project? How do the stat increases work, as in what exactly does a mental upgrade increase, is it the processing speed? Will he ever learn that part of pretending to be powerful involves asking stupid questions, one's that would quench any curiosities he has about this world that the people around him know (Re: my boss)? Thx 4 reading this, didn't mean to be quite so verbose, my bad.

Thats a doozy of a question! But I love it! Chinese names have long means based on things. A bright moon, in a clear sky - something basic like Yang Mu or something else. Very common in xianxia to name kids auspicious names to affect their fates positively.

3 times the size of earth. 61% water oceans, 15 percent rivers and lakes. Lots of mountain scapes, and variation in biome are crazy or abrupt due to ancient primordial creatures doing battle. The essence of their attacks and Qi still affecting the world ever so slightly. (Think desolate mountainous with no life area that turn into desert, that turn into bright and lush forests. Certain areas have turned into domians of said energies (Likely were a primordial creature died and bleed out.) like deadly forests filled with spiritual beasts that stretch double the amazon etc...

Probably not. I pantsy as I said before, if it leads up to it down the line maybe, but that wont be any time close.

The island... is a spoiler. Can't answer it, but its been mentioned indirectly already by someone's Pov O-O if you find it!

Stats increase in both allocated attribute points given by the system (james doesnt have access to that... so he still has roughly 10x level 81,961 attribute points to allocate ...). And through accomplishments of pushing yourself. Can you do 10 push ups? No? Then forcefully fight until you get to 10 pushes up..

Mental attributes increase the efficiency of Qi/mana/spirit energy usage, processing speed, and mental reaction time. (level up to unlock more details)

He is too powerful. Literally anyone he fights with looks like a mortal that had been faking effects around them to act cool. Simply because their core's and spirits can't handle him 'locking on' them. Ex. are Zhong An and The Dong! Both of them did nothing but meet his gaze in a tense situation and they almost died. Only reason they didn't is because the system is in over drive trying to keep his power in check so he doesnt sneeze and destroy the next 1000 galaxies by mistake.

11 - Will there ever be a hamburger in this story?

That would be a glorious day. Maybe he might meet a super cook. Wonder if anyone in this cultivator world would be capable of making anything of the same level as the Vagrant King's Heavenly Rice.

12 - That dragon that appeared when he punched the tree; what's its relationship with the MC? Is it like a separate eldritch entity or is it like an extension of the MC's soul or something?

It was an ancient being that projects from him (Think kinda like JoJo). Its the culmination of his power honed into intent and aura. A threat to prevent and give ample warning before he nukes their literal existence of the map. All the daos, power, strength, ridiculous Qi, his spirit, and everything in between.

13 - Will we ever find out why the system bugged or why (or how) he transmigrated?

Yes! But it goes into spoilers. Ive mentioned some of it above. "but its been mentioned indirectly already by someone's Pov O-O if you find it!"

14 - Can you list out all the realms/levels we've learned of so far (or any we haven't that you're willing to share, like that of the previous world ending threat) along with the characters we know to be at the level? I'm obviously talking the levels of those besides MC and his dragons, of course. And is there a rough conversion from cultivation levels here to the system's numerical levels? And will the MC ever get his happy harem ending?

Realms as seen so far -

Cultivation is both a matter of heft/weight of the Qi and reaching certain stages. A gaseous core realm can reach incredible height (limited to potential) but will always be weaker than someone who has consolidated the foundation of the core and squeezed their Qi into the Liquid stage. The gaseous core person would still have all the benefits of say a Heavenly Sage, but cannot wield the same amount of power as the Liquid Core person

A - Gaseous Core, Liquid Core, and Solid Core.

It will be a duality of the two types that determines the strength of a person. As of now, we havent met anyone that hasnt had a great upbringing when it comes to the cultivation world (Dong Zhenkang would be the lowest tier so far and he was part of a massive Sect before the Great Seclusion).

The previous world ending calamity did not follow the cultivation system, hence it was impossible to match tit for tat. Just know that the original Hu ancestors generation had been the one to nearly go extinct, ending in a pyrrhic victory leading to the next age of cultivators not have enough Qi to reach the same heights their predecessor made it to. (The rest is spoilers O-O)

Conversion to system metrics... Not really. Havent done that yet unfortunately. Especially if I have to convert Jamess level 81,961.
