“Very good. Open and confident. Let’s begin then, shall we? I assume you have no objections?” Mr. Mo nodded, calm and unprejudiced. He quite liked her character.

“Sure,” Qin Xue thought to herself that she wasn’t afraid of theoretical knowledge, so she was highly confident.

“Nangong, give her the test papers,” Mr. Mo looked towards Nangong Susu.

“Alright,” Without additional remarks, Nangong Susu handed the test papers to Qin Xue.

“Thank you, Ms. Nangong,” said Qin Xue, as she accepted the papers.

“You’re welcome.” Nangong Susu just nodded in response.

As Qin Xue scrolled through the multiple sheets of the test paper, she skimmed through the entire test first before picking up her pen to write. She wrote swiftly, casting only a quick glance at each question before penning down the answers, without pausing to contemplate.

After observing her, Mr. Mo and Gong Yuliang exchanged glances. It was truly a surprising sight indeed, but they still had yet to figure out how accurate her answers were.

Holding his spot behind Qin Xue, Mr. Mo watched her write. With growing astonishment, he acknowledged that this young woman was indeed exceptional. Their stroke of luck was nothing less than securing a treasure chest. With that realization, he nodded to Gong Yuliang before returning to his place, refraining from paying Qin Xue any further attention.

Mirroring the same thoughts as Mr. Mo, Nangong Susu also moved behind Qin Xue to observe her answering the questions. This woman, Qin Xue, was not to be underestimated.

Originally, Nangong Susu was deemed Mr. Mo’s proudest student, but that belief might be challenged now. From the looks of it, Mr. Mo seemed to admire Qin Xue quite a lot, and he might consider taking her under his wing. Then, it would be unpredictable, who will have the upper hand, her or Qin Xue.

“Not sure, only a direct comparison will tell,” Nangong Susu did not find Mr. Mo’s question surprising. That only meant that he harbored intentions of setting up a competition between her and Qin Xue.
