The next day.

Early in the morning, Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e went to the Heavenly Dragon Treasury with Li Foluo.

"The Heavenly Dragon Treasure Pavilion is located in the center of the Heavenly Dragon Pavilion. All five lineages have appointed inspectors and experts to reside there." The three were soaring high in the sky as Li Foluo explained the rules.

"Oh yes, here are your Heavenly Dragon Jades."

It was at this point that Li Foluo took out two dark-golden, round jades. Characters were engraved on the jades, and if one looked carefully, they could see their names and their titles on it.

In the center of each jade was the carving of a coiled dragon, giving off a sense of mystery.

"These are the identification jades of the Dragon's Fang Guardians. Once you refine them with your blood essence, you can then enter the Heavenly Dragon Treasury to get a treasure. More importantly, it’s used to communicate with the other members of the Dragon's Fang Guardians."

He then turned towards Li Luo. "You cultivated the Draconic Atavism Scripture in order to utilize Harmony when you were in the Twenty Banners. In the Dragon's Fang Guardians, you only need the Heavenly Dragon Jades to form a battle formation. It’s called the Dragon's Fang Guardians' Dragon Fang Formation."

Now Li Luo understood that there was no need to utilize the Draconic Atavism Scripture in the Dragon's Fang Guardians. Simply refining the provided jade allowed everyone to combine their power.

However, the creation of the Heavenly Dragon Jade was a secret of the Bloodline of Heavenly Emperor Li. They didn’t have the means to create more, which was why each Guardian Army could only have ten thousand members.

Utilizing Foundational Spirit Treasures and cultivating Duke Bergfried Arts were the only two ways to offset the depletion of one’s potential.

The Heavenly Dragon Pavilion was in the central district of Heavenly Dragon City. It was where the core of Heavenly Dragon Peak’s defensive ward was located and thus, no outsiders could enter it. As the trio approached, they could feel extremely strong energy undulations coming from the depths of the location, each and every one mightier than Li Foluo.

However, Li Foluo remained calm as he took out his Guardian General plaque. Once the energy undulations swept across and verified his identity, they retreated.

"There are five inspectors that lead the Heavenly Dragon Pavilion. One of them is Li Zhiqiu, who is the Dragon's Blood Lineage's inspector. There are a few other peak Duke experts as well, and the entire lineup is quite magnificent. Heavenly Dragon City is a chaotic den full of dragons and snakes. Countless rogue cultivators come here to trade for goods, and they live by the law of the jungle. If there are no strong individuals here to keep them in check, they might very well dare to covet the treasures in the Heavenly Dragon Treasury," Li Foluo explained.

Li Foluo brought the duo to a black building. After making their way through the halls, they came across a gigantic lake decorated with a humongous statue of a coiled dragon. On top of the head of the dragon was an open golden door, with several large words engraved on it that shone brightly.

The three paused outside of the door. There was a middle aged male sitting cross-legged in the doorway, taking note of the individuals going to and fro.

"The two of you can go in by yourselves and find what you need. I'll wait for you outside," Li Foluo said.

Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e nodded. They flew over to the man guarding the door and handed over their Heavenly Dragon Jades. After a quick inspection, he allowed them to enter.

The two exchanged looks full of curiosity before entering the treasury stuffed full of rare items.

Once they entered, it seemed as though they entered a different space, and their eyes widened. There were countless tall pagodas before them, each one giving off scintillating light.

Atop each of the pagodas was a sign.

Treasured Artifact Pagoda, Duke Arts Pagoda, Spirit Liquids and Purifying Lights Pagoda, Bergfried Arts Pagoda...

Each one was a dazzling sight to see, demonstrating the rich foundation of the Bloodline of Heavenly Emperor Li.

When Li Luo first entered the Dragon's Fang Lineage, he had entered the Dragon's Fang Cave, which contained all of the Duke Arts of their lineage. The scene before him made the previous experience seem almost destitute and shabby in comparison!

It was clear that the Bloodline of Heavenly Emperor Li placed significant emphasis on the Five Guardian Armies. All of the lineage's unique arts were in these pagodas.

There were also individuals from the other guardian armies in the Heavenly Dragon Treasury. When they saw Li Luo and Jiang Qing'e, they had looks of shock in their eyes. Most of them were unsurprisingly directed towards Jiang Qing'e as her sheer beauty was stunning.

Jiang Qing'e completely disregarded the gazes as she told Li Luo in a low voice, "I'll head over to the Bergfried Arts Pagoda to take a look."

Li Luo nodded and smiled before parting ways. Then he made his way towards the Duke Arts Pagoda.

He wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to take a look at how unique the Duke Arts from the other lineages were.
