Transmigrated Into the World of Magic and Swords

Chapter 316: Meeting the Members of the Crimson Sun Organization

"Become my follower? You are a member of the branch organization. You are already my follower." Even though Ren was startled by Cassian's request, he could still act calmly.

"That is not what I mean, Young Palace Master," Cassian replied. "I wish to follow you personally, standing behind you, and becoming your shield and sword."

Instead of answering right away, Ren asked another question. "What grade is your talent?"

Not just anyone could become his personal follower because he only accepted powerful and capable subordinates.

"Grade A, Young Palace Master," Cassian replied.

"Cassian, my dream is to become the Ruler. If you become my personal follower, the chances of you dying will be very high. Are you sure about this?" Ren's enemies would grow stronger as time went on because the path to becoming the Ruler was filled with hardship and bloodshed.

"Yes," Cassian replied with determination in his eyes. "I will try my best to grow stronger and devote everything to help you achieve your dream, Young Palace Master."

Ren's lips curled up into a smile. "Then, you will be my first sword and shield. I hope you won't disappoint me, Cassian."

Cassian's face instantly turned happy.

He immediately knelt on one knee and said firmly, "Thank you, Young Palace Master. I swear upon my life that I will never betray the trust you have bestowed upon me today."

"Rise!" Ren then turned his attention to Virelya. "Branch leader, I will take him to be my follower."

"It's our honor, Young Palace Master," Virelya was delighted as it was the greatest pride for the branch organization.

Ren retrieved a copy of the Finger of Death skill from his space ring and gave it to Virelya. "This is a Divine class skill book. I take one of your genius disciples, so it's my gift for your branch."

The faces of Virelya and the elders instantly turned happy.

'A divine class skill book?!'

Even though it was Divine class low-level skill book, it was still incredibly valuable because not all organization possessed a Divine class skill book.

"Thank you for your generous gift, Young Palace Master." Virelya, who almost could not suppress his happiness, said politely.

"I will visit the Crimson Sun Organization tomorrow." Ren planned to visit several beautiful places first because they were on a different continent.

"I will prepare some people to guard you, Young Palace Master," Virelya replied.

"No. I will only go with my women." Ren didn't want someone to disturb their time, so he refused instantly. "Cassian, you stay here for now. I will pick you up before returning to the Vlizica Continent."

"Understood, Young Palace Master," Cassian replied.

Ren rose from his chair and said, "Diana, Scarlett, let's return to our chamber."

"Un." The duo nodded.

----

The following morning, Ren and his women traveled to the Crimson Sun Organization.

Actually, they only needed three to five minutes, yet two weeks had passed, and they still hadn't reached their destination because they always stopped whenever they saw beautiful cities and places.

Of course, they didn't mind it because their main goal was to enjoy the Virelya continent.

"Handsome, how about a boat date tonight?" Diana asked. "I'm sure it would be amazing to enjoy the full moon and the city lights from the canal."

"I agree!" Scarlett added. "Ren, let's have a boat date tonight!"

"Sure." When he was about to take them to the nearest city using the Void Steps skill, he heard the sound of weapons clashing.

The trio immediately exchanged glances with each other before finally heading toward the source of the sound.

"Haha!" a red-haired man named Arion laughed loudly. "Crimson Sun dogs, today is the day you die. Not a single one of you will leave alive. Haha."

"Kowtow a hundred times! Maybe we will be merciful and give you a quick death. Haha." The green-haired man burst into mocking laughter.

Three people in crimson uniforms found themselves surrounded by fifteen opponents. Their faces were full of bruises, and blood came out from several wounds on their bodies.

Even though the trio was in a life-and-death situation, none of them had any intention of bowing their heads.

Kneeling to their enemies and begging for their lives would ruin the reputation of their organization, so they chose to fight to the death.

The names of these brave people were Renard, Damian, and Seliora.

"You are not worthy of our kneeling!" Renard stated.

"You cowards only dare to fight with numbers! Face us one by one if you have the guts!" Seliora roared angrily as she pointed her sword at them. "Otherwise, you will only prove how pathetic you really are!"

As they were yelling at each other, Ren and his women watched them from behind a tree.

"Ren, they are from the Crimson Sun Organization. Should we save them?" Scarlett asked.

"Handsome, doesn't this feel like déjà vu?" Diana said this because they had met the disciples of the Blue Moon Organization in the exact same way before.

"Maybe it's fate," Ren replied. "Let's save them."

"Alright." Scarlett and Diana said in unison.

Arion and the others' expressions darkened as Ren and his women approached them. Ren and his women were disturbing their fun, so they were furious.

"Who are you?" Arion roared coldly.

"Leave this place now! Otherwise, you will regret it!" a yellow-haired man threatened them.

Seliora and her fellow disciples said nothing and only stared at the trio.

'Who are they?'

They still didn't know whether Ren and his women were enemies or allies, since they had never met them before.

"I will handle this." Ren retrieved his Aether Weapon from his space ring and turned it into a sword.

"Kill them! Make them regret ever disturbing our fun!" Arion's face was red from anger, and every single one of his words was filled with coldness.

"Die!" his fellow disciples rushed toward Ren.

"It's you who will go to hell." In an instant, Ren's body transformed into a blue lightning, streaking toward them like a storm's wrath.

Bzzzzt…

In the blink of an eye, fourteen people fell to the ground, leaving only Arion standing.

"They… died?" Arion widened his eyes in disbelief.

Unlike Arion, Seliora and her friends were delighted because Ren had just killed their enemies.

'Great! Kill him too!'

Arion had injured them, so their hatred toward him was as deep as a black hole.

When Ren appeared before him and approached him slowly, Arion's body trembled uncontrollably.

The closer Ren was to him, the bigger his fear became, as if his body was telling him that facing Ren was the same as digging his own grave.

'No! I can't die here! There are still countless things waiting for me!'

He turned around and ran away from Ren.

He didn't care about his fellow disciples because his life was more important than their lifeless bodies.

"Good instinct, but it still won't save your life." Ren turned his sword into a bow and retrieved an arrow from his space ring.

As he pulled the string, flames erupted, enveloping the arrow in blazing energy.

'Die.'

The moment the arrow was released, the fire exploded, burning the grass and leaving a fiery line.

Terror overtook his face when Arion saw the blazing arrow.

Before he could avoid it, the arrow landed on his back, burning his clothes and skin.

"NOOOO!" His last scream echoed across the entire area.
