From Slave to King: My Rebate System Built Me a Kingdom With Beauties!

Chapter 81: Kragg Meets Kraghul!

The orcs were going about their day. Kragg realized Borg had twisted the whole story to help himself.

There was no way things happened as Borg said, but Kragg had already gone too far. If he said anything that went against what he had told everyone before, it would make the orcs doubt his choices. That was something he could not let happen.

He had no choice but to keep going and follow the path he had started.

Borg would stay free of blame, and everything would land on Kragg. Still, Kragg knew Maui would not die from those wounds.

She was a true fighter. The hurt might take her life, but he believed her strong will would pull her through.

Many orcs had forgotten how deadly she was with those swords, but he had not.

She was a rare talent who could do things only the best fighter in her tribe could do.

There was no news about any other orcs coming, but Kragg expected Vrognut to show up any time.

The orcs kept their eyes open for that. They had also sent a few scouts to search the area for Maui.

There was a good chance she might run into Vrognut, and that would be very bad because Maui now held a deep grudge.

The fact that she was ready to pick up her weapons again after so long—for Byung, a goblin she had known for less than a week—made her do something Kragg could not do in years.

Was she under a spell? Did the goblin do something to control her mind?

No, that could not be it. There was no way the fire he saw in her eyes were not real. However, Kragg couldn't believe he didn't recognize Borg's motive a lot sooner.

he didn't deem him a threat which was why a lot of things he did went under the radar but how could he be so handsfree with someone who betrayed his own sister?

Kragg soon heard loud noise outside. This was rare because the place was usually quiet, so he rushed out to see if it had to do with Maui.

But to his great surprise, Kragg saw two orcs he had never met walk right into his land. With one quick look, he could tell the smaller orc was strong.

"Huh? What is that on his shoulder?" Kragg wondered. Then his eyes grew wide with shock when he figured out who it was.

"T-That's Vrognut!?" Kragg shouted before he quickly shut his mouth. How had they captured him alive?

They were covered in blood too. It was clear a big fight had happened, and they had won.

Kragg hurried to greet his guests, but Borg got there first. Kraghul looked bored, and no one knew who he was.

"My name is Borg and may I ask why you are here?" Borg asked. Kraghul just looked at the other orc who came with him, then walked right past Borg.

Borg could not believe the rude act. He jerked his head back as if he wanted to grab Kraghul and pull him, but the orc stopped him.

"What the…!" Borg muttered under his breath. He felt the power and knew he could not break free.

"Do not dare touch the Chieftain's son," the orc warned. Borg knew right away this orc would kill him if he tried anything stupid.

Kraghul walked up to Kragg. For the first time, a smile spread across his face.

"Kragg!" Kraghul shouted before he wrapped his arms around Kragg in a big hug.

Kragg could not place him at first because it had been years since they last met, but there was no doubt who this was.

"Kraghul? You look so different… Even your scent has changed," Kragg said. It was because of all the mud and blood on him.

It had mixed up his scent, so there was no way Kragg could pick it out from all those smells.

"Do they know each other?" Borg thought to himself. This must mean Kragg had met him on one of the long trips from his past.

After all, Kragg left for days at a time, and it made sense that he had met this boy along the way.

"You look like crap," Kragg said. Kraghul dropped Vrognut's body on the ground. The goblin's head hit hard, but they had tougher skin and thicker bones, so it would not cause real harm.

"How did you capture him?" Kragg asked. Kraghul looked confused about why anyone would ask that about a goblin.

It sounded like Kragg thought they were equals, and that made him uncomfortable.

"Did you think we couldn't beat him?" Kraghul asked with a raised brow.

Kragg had heard scary stories about the goblin at his feet, so it was natural to question how they caught him.

What if they were falling into Vrognut's plan? There was no telling how many tricks he had ready.

This could be one of them, but Kragg knew Kraghul would not bring something dangerous without being sure.

Besides, they could kill the goblin easily in this state. Kragg waved to the orcs around him to tie Vrognut's hands with chains.

This was just for safety, but Kraghul's cold look melted the moment he saw Kragg.

"How is your father?" Kragg asked. Kraghul looked over his shoulder to meet eyes with the orc who came with him.

"We will talk about that in private," Kraghul whispered like a kid hiding a secret.

Kragg understood it must involve the other orc, even though he did not know him.

"Fine, right this way, young Lord," Kragg said with a teasing tone. Kraghul clicked his tongue in anger.

-

"It is good to finally have a break from my sisters," Kraghul said. He looked truly happy to get this short freedom from the trouble of having only sisters.

He kept up this tough act, but Kraghul was not as serious as everyone thought.

He had to keep a straight face because he knew how strict his father was with him.

Ugar let his daughters do whatever they wanted, but he was extra hard on his only son because Kraghul would lead the tribe one day.

But Kraghul was still a kid inside. The only reason his father let him do this was because Kraghul's acting was so good.

Not everyone wanted to be a warrior, even if it was his duty now.

"I'm surprised your father allowed you to leave his sight," Kragg said. He could not hide his shock. Kraghul's face quickly changed to a stern look.

"This is how…" Kraghul said before he started to laugh.

He looked cute, even for orc standards.

"Ugar, that old bat, still falling for your tricks," Kragg chuckled at the news.

It was nice to see an orc who acted this way.

Ugar was softer when raising Kraghul, partly because the boy's mother would not allow any rough treatment of their only son.

Still, Kraghul wanted to see the world. He could not do that without his father's okay.

That was why he turned himself into the orc his father wanted to see.

This was the only reason he could come here, but no one could deny his skill. He was direct family to one of the strongest orcs alive.

"What can I say, I have gotten better!" Kraghul said with a sly smile.

"The women here are beautiful… Get me one!" Kraghul asked. Kragg rolled his eyes.

This boy liked women way too much, even at his young age.

Orcs grew up much slower than goblins, which made sense because of how long they lived.

"Kraghul… No," Kragg turned him down right away. If he wanted a woman, he should go find one himself.

"Fine! You always ruin the fun!" Kraghul pouted. He really was a spoiled kid, but as long as he was good at what he did, it was okay.

"Tell me, what do you plan to do with Vrognut?" Kragg asked him. He needed to know the plan because there was no way they could keep him locked up forever.

"Well, I was thinking of killing him in front of the goblins in this region. Put his head on a spike maybe?" Kraghul said in a calm voice. It was hard to tell if he was joking, but this was not something Kragg remembered Kraghul finding funny.

"I see… It looks like Ugar might have gotten through to him after all…" Kragg thought to himself. Kraghul believed he had tricked his father, but there was no way he could fool a tribe leader. It all made sense.

"We are already on edge with the goblins here. That wouldn't be a great idea," Kragg said. Kraghul pulled back in shock when he heard those words from Kragg's mouth.

"When did you become so careful?" Kraghul asked. Kragg just shrugged.

"Old age does that to you," Kragg snorted.

"You look older than my father…" Kraghul said. A big vein popped up on Kragg's forehead.

"Why you…!" Kragg growled in anger.

"W-Wait… I am joki-!" Kraghul tried to say, but it was too late.
